SEMIAUTOMATIC FILLER
The dosing of vitamins, proteins, and supplements in general requires special attention. These products often have a high level of fineness, which requires specific precautions that we have developed specifically.
Dolzan dosing devices allow you to precisely fill any type of container: jars, boxes, and preformed bags.
Each dosing device is supplied with sets of dosing screws, which cover a wide range of weights and ensure high dosing accuracy.
It is also possible to equip the dosing device with a conveyor belt for jars, as seen in the previous video, making the operation even more efficient.
The dosing machine, upon request, can be equipped with a self-cleaning pneumatic loading system, ensuring fast and effective cleaning.
The volumetric screw dosing machine is made of stainless steel and, thanks to the possibility of complete opening, allows for full inspection.
Not only jars but also preformed bags. An intuitive foot pedal allows the operator to control the moment of discharge consent.

Dolzan presents a filling machine dedicated to the dosing and packaging of supplements in pouches.
There are numerous customization options available, allowing us to meet various packaging needs, including future ones.
The packaging system can be integrated with printers and label applicators, enabling maximum personalization.
The product loading is carried out through a self-cleaning pneumatic system, which, via the appropriate lance, allows for easy retrieval from bags or other containers.
The automatic feedback from the dosing device to the weight control system ensures that the dosing accuracy remains consistently precise.
The movement of the dosing device is motorized and can be fully opened without the need for tools.
Changing the format is an intuitive operation and takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
